Just purchased our first electric car from Flemington BMW and I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. We were not 100% sure about going electric but our salesman Michael O’Conner was very informative and didn’t put any pressure on us to go that direction. However once we did, he tracked down the right car and was easily accessible through the whole process. Highly recommend Michael and Flemington BMW.
I was extremely impressed with the service at Flemington BMW. Trevor a was wonderful! He was very patient with me because I had an exorbitant amount of questions. I was very specific about what I was looking for. I tried three different cars and Trevor was very knowledgeable about the entire BMW lineup. I was very impressed with how well-versed he was about all the features of the car and he made me feel very comfortable in this purchase. He really worked with me to make sure I got the car of my dreams. Noha was also very professional. She was very helpful in guiding us through the process of the financial aspects of the car as well as the warranties and specifications needed to keep the car safely maintained. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat.
We bought a used 2009 BMW privately as a Christmas gift for our granddaughter in 2023.
It needed a number of minor repairs, one recall to get fixed, and one major repair on the engine. Flemington BMW staff were all very helpful in getting all of the work done in a timely manner. On Christmas Day our granddaughter was thrilled with her first car!

Great BMW customer service, always. I have owned various BMWs over the past twenty years, and I find everyone at this Flemington dealership to be friendly and professional. Solid work, reasonably priced. I am able to make an appointment last second when I need it -which I greatly appreciate! No one enjoys trips to the dealership for repairs (when you own this type of car, it unfortunately seems to come with the territory...) but the service appointments hurt less when the service is fair and the coffee in in the waiting room isn't half bad either! : )

The folks at Flemington BMW truly care about their customers. We recently purchased a 2021 BMW M550i and the experience was simply pleasurable. We purchased this vehicle from out of state (our first out of state auto purchase). Obviously, not having the ability to actually view in person and drive the car prior to purchase left us feeling vulnerable. However, in a matter of a few phone calls, those concerns were transformed into confidence. I could immediately tell that customer relations, trust and communication are cornerstones of their core values. I would like to specifically recognize a few individuals for their outstanding service. Catherine Ferry, Business Manager, was absolutely amazing! I cannot think of an auto buying experience that was better than this one (and I have bought a lot of vehicles). She simply made us feel like we were her only customer. At every junction, she was there to lead us through the process and make sure we had a solid understanding of all associated details. With respect to communications, immediate responses were provided throughout the process. We utilized text, phone and FaceTime as a means to close the distance gap between our respective locations. We are truly grateful for her level of service, and would absolutely request her in the future for our auto buying needs. Michael Franks, Sales, was extremely friendly and handled several questions about the car in a timely manner. Additionally, he put us in touch with a very solid shipping company to accommodate the delivery of our vehicle (which was delivered on time and in great condition). It was immediately apparent that teamwork and a customer focused approach philosophy are core business at Flemington BMW. I want to congratulate Byron Brisby Jr, Owner, for creating an environment that affords his teammates to shine. The entire experience was absolutely seamless and we felt valued throughout the process. In the end, that’s what it’s all about. Here is my first day with 2021 BMW M50i - CPO I purchased from Flemington BMW. I've never had a car I just bought have issues on the first day! It ruined my Thanksgiving holiday by spending much of it dealing with this cold turkey. I wasn't reimbursed for my costs, which I was promised. The brakes are now squealing - bracing for what other surprise troubles may be in store for me. I'll never buy another BMW from Flemington BMW.
